In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

df777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Player request (including self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request, or due to dormancy, real-money funds held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
